All About Abs

All About Abs
Everyone wants abs.  It’s practically a fact.  Although a lot of people don’t have a good idea, or any idea, on how to get 6 pack abs.  But THIS post will tell you all you need to know to get 6 pack, 8 pack, or even rarer, 10 pack abs (yes that’s a thing).
One of the bad things about abs is that they have little to no use in sports and athletics, and they are extremely hard to get, but you look so good if you do get them.  But I respect anyone that I see with abs because I know the hard work and dedication it takes to get and keep a 6 pack.
Ok one thing I see ALL the time is people trying to get abs by doing ab exercises.  One thing you need to know is that ab exercises don’t get you abs (I know right :0).  Because the truth is that everyone has abs.  Abs are just muscles underneath our skin.  The problem is that most people have too much fat on the outside to allow you to see them.  So you really need to attack the outside fat on your gut before you should ever do ab exercises.  The best way to get rid of the fat covering your body is through cardio, mainly running and jogging.  Treadmills, Stairmasters, and ellipticals are very good for this.  Also doing any kind of activity that is long and strenuous can burn enough calories to lose fat, like sports, martial arts, and sweat rooms.
There is one thing that I like to do and find results with.  I get on the treadmill and sprint as fast as I can for just a quarter mile.  Then instead of resting I do as many reps as I can on a light weight in vertical bench press or regular bench press for thirty seconds.  Then I rest for thirty seconds and run again on the treadmill, I repeat all of this four to five times.  While doing this for a few weeks I saw great results in losing stomach fat.  If you don’t have access to a treadmill or bench press, you can replace to running with a minute of jump squats and replace the bench press with pushups.
After losing most of the fat around your stomach you can then do all those ab exercises like crunches, sit ups, and bicycles.  THEN YOU CAN LOOK SHREDDED!
